With the exception of the newer workers, the "seasoned" employees not only remember you by face but actually know your voice on the phone (Kristy is really good about this!) She, Kate, Don, and the others are always kind and professional when speaking with you. They never give you the sense they are irritated when you call in wanting to swap out vehicles on a policy (I've done this often throughout the years😅), questions about storing vehicles, or inquiring about policies in general. I know they're busy because going into the office, you can see they are, but are polite and courteous just the same. If you're looking for people that actually care about your insurance needs and not just about your money, call them! They won't let you down and probably can get you a better rate than what you're paying now!"
